MBC Shahid needed an overhaul to boost engagement and retention. Our goal was to create an intuitive user experience aligned with user needs and business goals.

To address user dissatisfaction with the navigation, I designed a floating navigation bar, allowing users to see carousel titles at a glance, simplifying navigation and improving user experience.

To create a more seamless and engaging experience for users exploring content, I designed a new interactive preview feature. This allows users to quickly access additional information without leaving the current page, reducing friction and encouraging deeper exploration.

Surprising upsell message that gets attention.
On the product detail page, a key marketing goal was to ensure the upsell message grabbed attention.
To achieve this, I designed a dedicated component with interactive elements and subtle details. This component gracefully slides in from the right side of the screen, drawing users' eyes to the upsell message.

Data insights revealed a drop in user engagement after finishing movies or series without new episodes. To solve this, I designed an engaging, non-intrusive trailer recommendation system that automatically plays after credits.
